    We will help you get Collecttix configured exactly the way you need it. Topics covered include: agency logos, adding users, configuring security, and more.

    We will also walk you through the setup and configuration of your phone system. Learn about adding numbers, setting up phone menus, SMS, faxing and more.

  2. Free QuickBooks Online Subscription

    Enjoy a subscription to QuickBooks Online with Payroll included.

  3. Parsonal Training

    We want to make sure you take advantage of all Collecttix has to offer. We will walk you through the program, point out and explain features and best practices.

    We will provide additional support each month as part of your ongoing service. Support is provided by an actual living, breathing, human being.

Setup & Billing

What is the setup process?

Once we have your sign up information, we will create your account and contact you to schedule your setup and initial training.


What Payment Methods can I use?

Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.


Are new users pro-rated?

Yes. The setup will be billed imediately and the recurring portion is pro-rated for the current month.


Can I pick my billing date?

Yes.

Support

What does 1 support incident per user / month mean?

If your agency has 50 users, you get 50 support incidents. They are not limited to a specific user.


What Unlimited Email Support mean?

All questions emailed to support will get a response.

Phones

What kind of phone do I need?

We can help find the right phone for you. We can even ship you one, pre-configured. Contact sales for more.


What I already have a phone system?

Most likely. We can integrate with most existing systems. You can keep your numbers.


How much internet bandwidth do I need?

Active phone calls can use up to 64k per active call. You'll also need to account your regular traffic.

How long does setup take?

Usually we can have you setup on the same business day.

Data Conversion

Moving from an existing system? Your data may be converted, contact sales and we will arrange to take a peek and see whats involved.
